I had a mixed experience at Courtyard By Marriott Cologne. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the main attractions. however, I encountered several issues. The staff was friendly and accommodating, yet the communication regarding the additional deposit at check-in left much to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the modern amenities and comfort of the room, but the hidden fees and some service shortcomings were disappointing.
